Roberto’s Fresh is the realization of a dream shared by its Co-Founders, Dr. Myriah Hinchey and restaurateur, Robert D’Eliseo. Dr. Hinchey is a Connecticut Licensed Naturopathic Physician with a multigenerational family heritage of farming, and the founder of TAO: Center For Vitality, Longevity & Optimal Health, LLC, Hebron, CT. D’Eliseo is inspired by the Old World recipes and longevity of his grandmother, Emma—who lived to the ripe old age of 104. Together, Hinchey and D’Eliseo are strong proponents of the importance and integral role of diet in health, not only for those with food allergies and certain medical conditions, but for everyone.
Dr. Hinchey partnered with D’Eliseo’s Lebanon, CT establishment, Roberto’s Log Cabin by formulating this popular restaurant’s Healthy Choices Menu. Dr. Myriah Hinchey’s Signature Salad quickly became one of Roberto’s most popular dishes—along with their other, healthy, gluten-friendly selections. It wasn’t long before this initial collaboration led to their vision: creating a line of prepared meals, with the goal of Making Healthy Eating Delicious.™
